These terms of service apply to all users of AI Coding services, including but not limited to those who access and use AI Coding services through websites, APIs, SDKs, and other means. By using our services, you agree to and accept all conditions of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
AI Coding is a platform providing Claude Code mirror services. We provide AI programming assistant services through a large pool of official $200 Max accounts. Our services include but are not limited to: (1) Claude Code API mirror service; (2) Multi-model support (including Claude 4 Opus, Sonnet, etc.); (3) Technical support and customer service; (4) Related tools and documentation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you need to create a user account. You agree to: (1) Provide accurate and complete registration information; (2) Maintain the accuracy and timely update of account information; (3) Protect account password security and not share with others; (4) Be responsible for all activities under your account; (5) Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Usage Rules
When using our services, you agree to: (1) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (2) Not use services for any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate purposes; (3) Not attempt to damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our systems; (4) Not spread malware, viruses, or other harmful code; (5) Not abuse or excessively use service resources; (6) Respect others' intellectual property and privacy rights; (7) Not engage in any behavior that may damage our reputation or interests.
5. Fees and Payment

You agree to: (1) Pay fees according to your selected plan; (2) Provide accurate payment information; (3) Pay due amounts on time; (4) Be responsible for your payment activities. If you fail to pay on time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service. We may adjust prices from time to time, with advance notice to users.
6. Intellectual Property
Our services, software, website content, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property belong to us or the respective rights holders. The intellectual property of content generated during your use of services is determined according to applicable laws. You agree to: (1) Not infringe our or third parties' intellectual property; (2) Not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology; (3) Use our services and content within reasonable scope.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide stable and reliable services, targeting 99.9% service availability. However, services may be interrupted due to: (1) System maintenance and upgrades; (2) Network or hardware failures; (3) Force majeure; (4) Third-party service interruptions. We will minimize the impact of service interruptions and provide advance notice when possible.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (1) Any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages caused by use or inability to use our services; (2) Losses caused by third-party actions, network interruptions, system failures, etc.; (3) Any issues arising from user violations of these terms; (4) Service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure. Our services are provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties.
9. Privacy Protection
We value user privacy and process your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Modified terms will take effect 30 days after publication. If you continue to use our services after modifications take effect, you agree to the modified terms.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be handled as follows: (1) Governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; (2) Under the jurisdiction of the competent court in our location; (3) During dispute resolution, other provisions of these terms remain in effect.
